Summary: FloraCycle collects only the health and account data needed to provide the app's features. We do not sell your data. We do not share your health information with advertisers. You can delete your data at any time.
1. Who We Are
FloraCycle ("we", "us", "our") is a women's health tracking application developed and operated by Celeste Haven. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at: privacy@flora-cycle.com
2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use FloraCycle:
Account information:
- Email address and password (for account creation and login)
- Display name (optional)
Health and cycle data (provided by you):
- Period start and end dates
- Cycle length and period length preferences
- Daily symptoms (cramps, headache, fatigue, bloating, etc.)
- Flow intensity (light, medium, heavy)
- Mood logs
- Basal body temperature (TTC mode)
- Cervical mucus observations (TTC mode)
- Ovulation test results (TTC mode)
- Pregnancy due date and conception date (Pregnancy mode)
- Pregnancy symptom logs and weight entries (Pregnancy mode)
- Notes and free-text entries
Technical data (collected automatically):
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
- Usage analytics (screens visited, features used โ no health data included)
- Crash and error reports
Payment data (Premium subscribers):
- Subscription status and transaction ID
- We do not store your card number or payment details โ these are handled entirely by Google Play or our payment processor (Stripe)
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Provide cycle predictions, ovulation estimates, and fertile window calculations
- Display your logged symptoms, mood, and health history
- Generate insights based on your cycle patterns
- Send period and ovulation reminders (if you enable notifications)
- Process and manage your Premium subscription
- Improve app performance and fix bugs
- Respond to your support requests
We do not use your health data to train AI models, show you advertisements, or build advertising profiles.
4. How We Store Your Data
FloraCycle is built on Base44's platform, which stores application data on secure cloud servers. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Your health data is stored on these servers โ it is not stored solely on your device.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal or health data. We share data only with:
- Base44 / Wix โ our app infrastructure and hosting provider
- Google Play / Stripe โ to process subscription payments (payment data only, not health data)
- RevenueCat โ to manage subscription status (subscription status only, not health data)
- Law enforcement โ only if required by a valid legal process
We never share your period, pregnancy, TTC, or symptom data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes.
6. Sensitive Health Data
We recognize that menstrual, fertility, and pregnancy data is deeply personal and sensitive. We treat this data with the highest level of care:
- We do not share it with data brokers
- We do not use it for targeted advertising
- We do not disclose it to employers, insurers, or government agencies except as required by law
- We will notify you if we are ever legally compelled to disclose your health data
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access โ request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correct โ update inaccurate data directly in the app (Settings screen)
- Delete โ request deletion of your account and all associated data. Email us at privacy@flora-cycle.com with the subject line "Delete My Account"
- Export โ Premium users can export their cycle data to PDF
- Opt out of notifications โ disable reminders anytime in Settings
We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your health data within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
FloraCycle is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. International Users
FloraCycle is available globally. By using the app, you consent to your data being processed and stored in the country where Base44's servers are located. EEA users have additional rights under GDPR.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you via the app or email for material changes.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FloraCycle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and FloraCycle, operated by Celeste Haven.
2. Who Can Use FloraCycle
- Are at least 13 years of age
- Are capable of entering into a binding agreement
- Are not barred from using the App under applicable law
3. Medical Disclaimer

FloraCycle is a personal health tracking tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Cycle predictions and ovulation estimates are estimates only and may not be accurate for your individual body
- FloraCycle is NOT a contraceptive method. Do not rely on it to prevent pregnancy
- TTC mode features are tracking tools โ they do not guarantee conception or predict fertility with clinical accuracy
- Pregnancy tracking features are for informational purposes only โ always follow the advice of your doctor or midwife
- If you have concerns about your menstrual health, fertility, or pregnancy, consult a qualified healthcare professional
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, all activity under your account, providing accurate information, and notifying us at privacy@flora-cycle.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may only create one account per person.
5. Free Tier and Premium Subscription
Free tier: Core features including period logging, basic cycle calendar, period predictions, and symptom logging. Available indefinitely.
Premium subscription: Advanced features at $4.99 per month, including AI cycle reports, pregnancy tracking, TTC mode, PDF export, partner sharing, and advanced analytics.
Free trial: New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through Google Play Settings โ Subscriptions โ FloraCycle, or by contacting support@flora-cycle.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the App, use bots or scrapers, share account credentials, or upload harmful content.
7. Intellectual Property
FloraCycle and all its content are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App without our written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of FloraCycle is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
FloraCycle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by contacting us.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
